工作原理：

超声波宽度控制仪 , 主要原理是根据超声波脉冲反射原理来进行薄膜宽度的测量 , 当探头发射的超声波脉冲通过媒介到达薄膜时 , 脉冲被反射回探头后 , 通过精确测量超声波在探测器与薄膜间传播的时间 , 超声波处理模块进行快速的运算来确定被测薄膜的宽度。

　　然后通过超声波宽度控制系统 , 对吹膜机的气泡进行调整 , 稳定且快速的达到设定宽度。

　　WORKING PRINCIPLE：

　　ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the thin film through the medium, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. By accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation between the detector and the thin film, the ultrasonic processing module performs rapid calculations to determine the width of the tested thin film.

　　Then, through the ultrasonic width control system, the bubbles in the film blowing machine are adjusted to reach the set width stably and quickly.
